Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Carelynk platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• SaaS platform for RCFE operators
• Role-based access for administrators, caregivers, family

• One account per user
• Facility administrator responsible for staff accounts
• No sharing of login credentials

• Platform for legitimate care documentation only
• No uploading of malicious content
• No attempting to access other facilities' data

• Monthly subscription billed in advance
• 14-day free trial on new accounts
• Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months

• Facility owns all resident and care data entered
• Carelynk acts as a data processor
• Data exportable upon request

• Carelynk platform and brand are proprietary
• Customer data belongs to the customer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carelynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the platform. Carelynk's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid to Carelynk in the twelve months preceding the claim.

• Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
• Immediate termination for violations

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
