Carelynk was built by RCFE operators who lived the problem firsthand — binders full of paper MARs, group texts for shift handoffs, families calling the front desk for updates, and compliance stress that never seemed to go away.
We looked at the existing software and found tools built by people who had never spent a shift in a care home. Complex, expensive, and designed for hospitals — not for the small, dedicated teams running residential care facilities.
So we built Carelynk from scratch. Every feature was designed with a specific person in mind: the caregiver rushing through a medication pass, the administrator trying to stay compliant, the daughter who just wants to know her mother is okay.
We're based in California and built specifically for the RCFE market — the regulations, the workflows, the families, the staff. This is our community, and Carelynk is our contribution to it.
